Why is my Ebay Gift Number can't be found, Can i write out the Gift Card number or upload picture of it.

Not sure I understand your question. Do you not have the actual card? Where did you buy it?

Sounds like that number was never activated therefore 'doesn't exist'. Like gift cards hanging in any store, they are 'worth $0' until they have been 'activated' by cashier.

Never buy gift cards. They serve no purpose and have a lot of risk. Just another reason in a very long and growing list of reasons not to.
