Just sold an item and, as I always do, looked to click on buyer account to see if they have feedback and to leave feedback, but when I click on the buyer user id, this pops up:
”The User ID you entered was not found. Please check the User ID and try again.”
Seems the buyer a count disappeared , however. the shipping label shows their name and address (a US address). Do I still ship the item or is there something wrong here? Cannot send message to buyer due to removed account.
First time I’ve seen this.
