I was trying since February 17, 2021 to transfer my account to Managed Payments.
The update page of your information was not working and buttons were gray.
54 phone calls with 54 Customer service Agents and 9 supervisors and managers...since 6 months...
Promises, excuses, sorry declarations, hopes and lies , misinformation and confusion at Supervisors and Managers and Directors eBay level.
....Later today, Melissa, probably the today supervisor at Managed Payments Department, ignoring with a strange satisfaction my huge amount work feedback and 10 years time spent on my account, ...let me know that my account was restricted suspended because they are not able to solve the technical issue, SLS offline SR# 1-347923934046.
I have to Repeat that loud and clear!

If Melissa is setup today to blindly kill, restrict suspend accounts so I have to give right to their Manager, Robert another manager of managed payments dept - 1/347923934046/July 9, 2021, ""that they have hundreds of thousands of accounts to work on Technic IT Department, who is overcharged tired and too laisy to fix them.... and they are not able to solve them and is more simple to try to suspend those accounts and restrict them for various reasons"", ...so nobody care about work volume and time spend to grow up those eBay businesses accounts with their beautiful feedback comments.

You are in Canada........are you contacting Ebay there? if you posted on their board....might attract sellers with the same problem there and at least commiserate. I know there are complications for Canadians.......
