I'm trying to figure out if eBay just got around to updating the system status page and this is related to known/on going/already reported issues in Managed Payments or is there a new specific issue that has prompted this Service Disruption notice? https://www.ebay.com/sts
Anyone experiencing new and different issues with MP today?
@Anonymous tyler@ebay brian@ebay can we get some more detail about this service disruption and how sellers can tell if they have been impacted, please?

Also, I have two reports that customers can not pay, trying both PayPal and credit card. Both were sent invoices for combined shipments. Obviously, if customers can not pay, eBay ceases to exist as a useful entity.

System status page still says there's a problem with Billing & Payouts. Anyone know what is going on?

I see the System Status page has been updated to show the problem is resolved.
However, it would still be nice to know what exactly the issues were and how sellers can tell if they were affected so we know what to look for and report if we experience lingering issues that need to be addressed.

This would explain it. I usually have at least a half dozen purchases by this time in the day. However, I have had only 1 sale today.

Hi @valueaddedresource - I have received the following information on the subject from the Payments team:
The issue impacted a limited number of sellers but has since been resolved.

What specific aspects of Billing & Payouts did this service disruption affect and how would a seller know if they were part of that "limited number"?

I noticed my sales picked back up late in the after noon. Very unusual for me not to have virtually no sales all morning and early afternoon. So, I'm sure i was affected.

We never got a single payout to the bank , since transferred to managed payments on September 1st, eBay only wrights tickets to IT department and gives us SR numbers every time we speak.

@current-styles - sorry to hear you are not getting payouts. Several sellers have had this problem and a few have been able to get it resolved eventually. I'd recommend trying to get approved for the private Managed Payments group here in the community - some of the sellers and eBay staff there may be able to give you some suggestions.

Resolved - meaning eBay manually put all those failed/declined payments back thru and will be sending confirmation of this to those effected?
