Also, I have two reports that customers can not pay, trying both PayPal
and credit card. Both were sent invoices for combined shipments.
Obviously, if customers can not pay, eBay ceases to exist as a useful
entity.
The worst part for me is not the payment delays. It is the fact that I

payments restricted items" list.
