Auction Winner is is Canada (listing was for US) Says They Can't Pay Me

The winner of my recent auction is in Canada, says that eBay won't let them pay, and wants my PayPal account email.  There's no way for me to change shipping on this after the auction is over, is there?  Not sure what I should do.

Try sending him an invoice with shipping added. It might not let him pay as shipping is not included.

A $177.60 sale (plus shipping to Canada)?

For that amount of money, I would recommend canceling the sale, citing problem with the buyer's address.

The listing clearly states that it only ships to the US.

Your Canadian winner should not have bid unless they had a US shipping address.

They cannot pay because your listing does not ship to their location.

You could go to https://postcalc.usps.com and calculate how much it would cost to safely ship to Canada.

Then send them an eBay invoice that specifies both the method & cost.

But that is a lot of money to risk at this time.

Please set your Buyer Requirement to enforce your listings' terms.

Never give any buyer your PayPal account email unless you know them personally.
