Why these days not allowed my debit card for the 'payments'?

Need more info to answer that. What is the error message you get when you try to pay? Have you called the number on the back of your card to ask why the payment failed? They will know the reason and solve the issue right away.

Contact your bank, debit cards from Sri Lanka haven't been working.
