They aren't behind when they aren't even required to release them yet. They may be behind your schedule, but they aren't yet behind the schedule IRS requires of them.

The day isn't over yet either. Are you sure you reached the $20,000 threshold to receive one, while you were in MP.
If you were part of the year in PP and part in MP. Each site reports for the amount processed through them. They do not add things together.

IDK what that is suppose to mean. Ebay was responsible to release the forms by 1/31. The IRS rule does not say that it has to be by a certain time of day in each time zone or something.
And it appears that Ebay met it's IRS requirement as it appears the forms have been released a few hours ago. Dang they were ahead of schedule, LOL.
None for me, but I do not meet the thresholds.
