Did you mean because you have limits? New sellers have limits to ensure that they are here on Ebay to become a trusted and honest seller and not here to make quick cash. Until you have some sales your limits will not increase. You have a necklace, a flower head wreath and hair ties. Jewelry is a very saturated category. Hair ties are also very easy to find in most countries, so most people aren't going to wait weeks/months to receive them from Sri Lanka.
Think about selling something else, like perhaps art, fabrics, sari's, spices, incense, what ever your country represents and that people would like.
