Selling Limit

Hello, I decided to sell things on eBay, I registered (payooner too) but I have the right to sell 0 items and $0. That's why I can't put the item up for sale, what should I do?

Has Ebay given you the Ok to start listing items?  If you haven't received a notice from Ebay stating "you're all set", you haven't been approved yet.  Approval can take up to 30 days.  When you are approved, you should consider using this link to help you understand about selling on Ebay:

Where will I receive a confirmation message? Or how can I see if all this is in the process of consideration?

Did Payoneer confirm your account was successfully attached? If they did, then you are just going have to be patient and wait until Ebay gives you the go ahead.  While you wait, why not check out the link I provided earlier and even sign up for the Ebay Academy?:
