Am new on ebay,am architect ,i do architectural designing.

Any one who succeeded  on selling architectural designing , i want her/him to help me by giving me the real view on what i suppose to do and not to do.

I know nothing about architectural designing but one thing is that you can not sell a electronic file only so you will need to be offering a physical item that you can ship but you could for instance sell a design drawn on paper and include a electronic version with it

I don't know of any individual or company who would hire a architectural designer over ebay.

I see you are in Tanzania.  eBay is not a site that sells industrial services like architectural design, which I assume you are offering through some type of computer aided drafting like 3D modeling programs.

I suggest you advertise in your country with industrial groups that specialize in constructing buildings in hopes of getting a job with them.

From what little I know about architectural design, it seems like the architect and the client would need to be located fairly close to each other.

But you are in Tanzania.

Happy New Year.  In my opinion, eBay is NOT the place for your line of work.  I would think you would have to be very hands on and locally accessible to lend your services.  You are located in Tanzania.  If I need an architect, I would hire one here in Kansas City, not Tanzania.  Again, this is not the venue for your profession.  Sorry.

Perspective plans, or to include the foundation, east- west elevations, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc., and they follow the local codes for each part of the U.S. you are providing the plans for, and all stamped and approved to build?

Hello @deogratius94 and welcome.

You have an eBay account now, so the next step would be to find and set up a method for payment receiving that is compatible with eBay’s platform. This is how you will get paid. (EBay collects the funds from the buyer and then would deposit them into your “till” when an item sells.) 

eBay has an international sellers program called “ebay export”.  You might start there for more information. See the link below.

IMHO eBay is not a good fit for service-based businesses.
