I thought if local delivery,it can be either electronic payment or cash .
question-if tires are listed under Ebay/auto ,could he ask for cash,as this category is different from the others,no vehicle dealer will accept cc or paypal payments, unless it is a deposit.
Also if listed under auto, would there be a $25 listing fee?
I am quite sure local delivery/pickup,you can ask for cash, someone sold a 44 inches TV set asking cash,he delivered the TV himself, the buyer said I dont have enough cash, can I pay you with Paypal,he said fine.
He went home and found a Paypal INR notice !
Items that are picked up and paid with PayPal ar eineligible for INR cases
It wasn't picked up, seller delivered it himself.
Whether the seller delivered themselves, the buyer picked up or whatever. Local Pickup listings are ineligible for buyer protection.

I made I little research and USPS is cheaper, the problem I had when posting is eBay calculate for 1 tire that’s why I choose UPS but I’m really sending it through USPS hope that won’t be a problem
Thanks for answering!
Wow.....he's still clueless?
I don't think I've EVER seen a tire shipped via USPS....
I'm pulling up a chair. This is gonna be good!

The OP is going to be skewered by the shipping cost.
He could easily lose $200 on this auction.

I sent a message to the OP this morning and informed him that he is probably going to be losing a couple hundred dollars due to the mistake in the shipping charge.
He said, "Thank you".

For those tires, minimum L+G= 32 + (32+32) + (11+11) = 118" so Parcel Select is an option (130" max) at oversize rates for $65.99 to $178.87 Each.
Still looks like a train wreck.
I told him how to get back here and he just said " Thanks"

Got 20 tires delivered by UPS last week. Discount Tire had a smokin deal with rebates and incentives and free shipping so they cost just $43 each.
