What should i do when my refund did not reflect on my card  and how to report it

We'd like to help, but your message contains almost no useful information.  Were you being refunded because you returned an item that was not as described or because you did not receive a purchase? When did this happen? It's my understanding that refunds can take as long as 30 days to get back to the funding source.  Can you return and tell us the whole story?

Depending on how you paid, it could take a full billing cycle for the refund to show up.

Could be a few weeks to a month or more.
