iOS version expired

All all of my apple devices with iOS 10.3.3 will not run the eBay app.

ive tried deleting and re-installing a previous version but once downloaded, I get the screen saying version expired. If I choose upgrade, it just crashes.

please help.

If you are unable to update to iOS 11, try using a browser to go to ebay.com instead.
