iOS App Selling update

I do all my listing from the app. I never used the quick listing tool....I don't like how long it takes to load pictures and other changes. Now when I'm listing it's the only thing coming up. I don't want to use this clunky and slow format on my app. Please help!

I also find this change unhelpful and have had to stop using the app and go to the computer - it’s not a good change and not everyone wants a store front please reinstate it

It’s been quite some time since ebay has stuffed the app up this royally. I’m just going to list the things I’ve dealt with SO FAR.

- best offers default ON IN ALL DRAFTS

(& with a $$ already included!!)

- no store category selection

- expired messages on items showing on listings

- no time remaining on active listings

- Postage price is showing as same as listing price in list view

- sort listings option DOES NOT WORK 

- no way to view newest listings

- my active Items not showing in ebay search results

- saved preferences for account and listing templates being overridden

- no way to manage store effectively from the app - no store category search, no sort listings search , 

all this started today yet the last update was a week ago!!

Thanks for the feedback. We will look into these in your list. 

Could you give us more details on time remaining on active listings, expired messages on items showing on listings? If you have a screen shot that would be helpful.

ugh! I hate it when the app keeps going back and forth between platforms! Nothing ever crosses over right and I have to go back on the desktop site to fix everything. I do everything off my phone so this is NOT convenient for me. 

All of the shipping settings on my listings were deleted- so I’m assuming no one can buy anything from me. I’m still trying to fix everything. 

Also- just the functionality of the new upgrade alone is not user friendly. It auto-fills EVERYTHING and it’s never anything I want. Type in your headline- bam! Deleted and auto-filled with something else. Really frustrating. 

There was nothing wrong with the previous layout so why change it so drastically?? It’s almost like the new upgrade is for inexperienced sellers.

Thanks for the feedback. Once you take all the photos and tap done in the upper right corner they will continue to upload as you work on the rest of your listing.

Thanks for the feedback. Was this an ended item you went into relist and then best offer was turned on? You turned it off and it was still listed with best offer on?

I cannot do bullet points. I cannot re-list something and edit duration. In fact I cannot choose duration at all! It’s as if the app is trying to look like an app for people on the go,  but some of us work only from our phone or iPad! It needs to have all the bells and whistles of the good ole days like last week! Taking photos in the app has the camera button in an awkward spot and the thing takes forever to right itself. Why the change, huh? Why the change? I’m sure I’ll find more with the app to gripe about! Not happy.

I have a store and have the same problems as you! I am not a happy eBay-er today! None whatsoever!

Yes. It was an ended item I went to relist. Double checked it was off, listed item, went back in and it was on. This has also been happening with newly listed items. I’m ready to get rid of eBay if this doesn’t get fixed and list exclusively on other sites with no issues.

O yea, and I love how the search is now. You search “eve “ and ”seven” abd “sleeve” come up also!

Thanks for posting. What happened when you tried to accept the offer? Any offer you get in the app should be acceptable.
