I listed an item on Sunday 11th August after checking the promotions listed within the app. As per screenshot, it said 80% FVF saving and 100 remaining. The item sold today on the 14th August (I made no amendments to the listing) and the discount was not applied. I spoke to an agent who refunded the fee, and said it was not automatically applied as I did not opt in. If you have to opt in, why is it showing as an active promotion with 100 listing remaining in the app? Note, clicking on the promotion does not give you any information / T&Cs / Activate option (clicking on it does nothing). At best, this feels like a significantly misleading UI issue, however I believe there may be more serious implications.
