ebay won’t accept my debit card!!

Everytime i try and put in my payment to buy an item (debit card) it says that I have to put in my security code for the card! When I put in my card CVV code, it says that “this payment can not be accepted”. I’ve tried putting in my credit card and it’s the same problem! I tried deleting the app, clearing my history, all of that. PLEASE HELP!

Having same issue for over a month. What’s going on?? My card works fine everywhere else.. so frustrating.

Some debit cards have to be activated before being used online..call the customer support # on the back of the card then put in the requested info..if you buy a vanilla  visa gift card wait at least one hour to 24 hours prior to attempting to use online..had several cards declined before I figured it out. Good luck!
