ebay app - iphone creating a listing from a listing

I have an Iphone and my granddaughter does as well. We both have AT&T as our carrier. All of a sudden we cannot sell similar on a similar item that has sold as we did just about a month ago.  Is this something new or a glitch or is it a problem with AT&T??

And the clocking.  It takes a long time to load up.

I'm not catching your question.  Are you saying eBay is somehow limiting your ability to list, or its something to do with your phones not uploading?

The problem may be with the Iphone.  You have to be approved to sell digital/electronic items like these on ebay.  If they sold one prior, it may have been reported (or spotted) and that's why you cannot relist.  You may want to contact customer service to see what you need to do to be approved.

It is a glitch. I was creating additional listing from my active one using sell similar and I finished it. Ebay saved like literally 4 drafts when they shouldn’t be saved. 2 days ago I couldn’t create listing in the app from my similar it was ending with error. Try using browser to see if you will get the same problem (use safari, Firefox and chrome). They glitch out all the time as they are making changes to accounts and listings.
