I couldn’t send an order and you guys took the money from my bank even when I DID NOT EXCEPT THE MONEY FROM THE BUYER AND YOU GUYS JUST ripped me off

Why couldn't you ship the order?

Did the buyer not pay?

What money did they take, the fee's you owed for selling the item?

I couldn’t ship the order because the games had scratches on it wasn’t functioning properly. So the buyer paid me to ship it but I never took the money out of eBay and put it on my bank account so I just left it there untouched. I thought eBay was going to take the money that was in the eBay account because I never touched it but they just decided to take it from my bank account and now I can’t even take the money that’s in the eBay account so they just ripped my off.
