The ability to log out of the eBay app has disappeared. Where I used to be able to tap my username and get the logout option, it now takes me to my user profile. I need to be able to switch between our seller accounts and can only achieve this by uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, them I'm stuck in the other account. I have looked through the app and there is no new logout location. I need a solution to this. Am I the only one with this problem?

The old method no longer works, but you should still be able to sign out by going to the menu, choosing "Settings", then scrolling down. There should be a sign out link there.

As @eburtonlab has told you how to navigate it, you no longer have the problem. I just checked my Android, and it still operates as you were accustomed to... by tapping on my username. Good to know what to do when I need to do it. LOL

You are very welcome -- lots of folks are running into the same problem since the change.

I see a sign out option in the eBay app (version 6.54.1.2) under Settings.

I’m having the same problem with multiple accounts, I can no longer sign one out and another one in. Frustrating!

I don't seem to have any menu on my app.....using an iPhone X.
I guess I will just have to uninstall the app. Reinstall it each time I want to put pics on. That's the only reason I want the phone app anyway.

The iOS version of the app is different than the Android version.
If you tap the My eBay icon at the bottom of the screen, then Settings at the top, you should see a blue "Sign Out" option at the bottom of the list for Account.

So what’s the answer. I need to transfer my listings from an account that isn’t mine. How do I do that? Also how to. Change the account How to report someone that is saying they are
me.

Your issues are not obviously related to the thread you are posting in. You should have started your own thread and explained exactly what has happened or what you are trying to do.
If you are having trouble signing out of the Android version of the eBay app, then this thread should help with that.
eBay has no provision for transferring listings from one account to another that I am aware of.
If someone else has hijacked your own eBay account, contact eBay here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/account/protecting-account/get-help-hacked-account?id=4196
Otherwise it is not clear exactly what "someone saying they are [you]" involves.
Is it possible you have more than one eBay account, and you listed your items in a different account than the one you are posting to this thread with? If so, try signing out of this account and sign back in to the other account using the username and password for that account, or else by using the social media account linked to that eBay account.

Does not work for me either. Spent hour scrolling through all the menu's to see if I can find a 'sign out'.
Used my phone to download some photos I took on my phone to my dad's account now can't get back to mine.
I forced stop in first place to use my dad but that's not working now. Looks like I will have to reinstall
