Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Have seen this issue going back many years from many users. What was the solution. Been battling this on the app for the better part of a month and the last few days have been the worst. 1015 service error domain “MybExpSvcErrorDomain.1015”

Refund buyer

I’m having a problem trying to issue a refund to the he buyer. I click on refund buyer and this is the screen that pops up.
