Address change

The app won’t let me update my address. I live in a new housing tract. I get my mail delivered, and receive packages from UPS, Amazon and FedEx. When I put in my new address, says it can’t be verified.

For the past orders I’ve placed, I haven’t been able to track the package because I’m put into some promotional screen that doesn’t lead to any tracking information. Very very frustrating!
