Opening ebay app always still showing PAID - SHIP NOW when I already did. How do I get rid of it?

I tried deleting the auction and it didn't fix it. Tried deleting app and reinstalling and it's still there. Don't see a live chat or email for ebay customer service? Anyone know how to get rid of it? It drives me nuts.
