Hi,
I am new to Ebay selling. I was trying to print a shipping label with me (the seller) and the intended TO person and address. I was trying to make the buyer the one who is shipping item back to me. The system kept not recognizing my password so I typed my email address instead. Little did I realize it changed my settings and I cannot get back into my main selling account for 30 days!!! Help. What should I do? I noticed this was only changed on my Iphone which was the device I was using at the time. All my original setting are fine on my computer. I CAN access my original selling account on my computer just not my Iphone for 30 days.

1st; don't use the phone-the app has always been a problem child
2nd; don't EVER try to 'reverse' a shipping label.
If you want a buyer to ship something back to you, I would assume they wanted to return it; tell them to open an 'official' return and then, depending on how you set up your listings (accepts returns-buyer pays; or 'free returns' (which means you will pay for the label they will get automatically) and lastly, if they open it for reason of 'not as described' they will also get a label, you will eventually pay for that label, and get a 'ding' for that type of reason.

Work from there for a month. Easy-peasy. Good luck.

Not quite. By entering your email address to sign in, you signed in to a different (new) eBay account. The thirty day limit is for changing the name of your eBay account -- but you do not want to change your username.
What you want to do is sign out of the new account, and then sign back in to your original selling account using your correct username and password.
