I recently sold a car battery to someone and you guys have me an option to print a label , well I printed the label and shipped it out and the package ended back up at my house.
I put the exact weight and dimensions of the battery and the label stayed flat rate envelope and we know a battery can’t fit in an envelope.
needless to say an additional 59.00 was requested for the shipping fee and I can’t seem to contact the buyer and get them to pay it as the buyer.
anyway y’all can send me a label that will actually be the correct label to ship the battery to the buyer?
