I’ve just noticed the date on the seller feedback section on both the iOS app and website is wrong. I just made a purchase and got instant feedback of the seller and when I looked at it the date says 1st April 2019 instead of today’s date. I checked another item I brought earlier this month and that too has the same date April 1st 2019.

It's not just you...I'm seeing it too. my feedback is all either 4/1/19 or 1/1/19.
If you want to check out the Sellers' feedback, although you can see the ratings and comments, the dates are wrong and the person making the comment is "not available".
I'm using the eBay app...was thinking maybe it needed to be updated or reinstalled. I'm curious whether this is affecting everyone else...but sorry, I have no answers.

Referring to the feedback date April 1, 2019. I see the same and on other feedback pages. Hope they fix it with all there other problems.

Yes, me too. Maybe co-incidentally, the volume of feedback I have been getting is also dropping. How do I report the date fault to eBay?

Yes the same has happened to me, I got feedback last week and feedback today and underneath it says 1st April 2019.
if it’s not corrected soon I shall phone eBay as it’s not helping when others think your feedback is a month old it does not help your selling.
things are hard enough without another glitch.

That is likely a result of the GTC "out of stock" option being selected in your "site preferences". To stop that from happening you will need to go there to uncheck the OOS.
OOS allows you to retain the rest of the days in the listing for an item that you may restock. If selling OOAK items the OOS may not be helpful.
OOS applies to "all, or none", so if you leave it checked you will need to manually end items that you will not restock.
The "zero quantity" items are not seen/not searchable by buyers.

Yes this is affecting me as well. The usernames are still visible to me on the app for my feedback but the date is wrong, showing either 1 April 2019 or 1 January 2019. When I look at other’s feedback the usernames say not available.
