Won’t upload the photos after update even when trying to send sellers photos in messages saying the picture needs to be at least 480 pixels on the smaller side however it is and I’ve never had these problems before why now !!!!

Thanks for reporting this. Are you using the camera when replying to the seller? Are the photos you using backed up to iCloud? Does this happen with every photo? Could you please post a screen shot of the error or email it to us iosfeedback@ebay.com.

It won’t upload any photo not even a screenshot when messaging sellers havn’t tryed listing yet will try and attach photo file with this message

Even in classic site I cant upload photos to seller either, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy e10 phone and I can't figure out how to resize photos unless I need an to download another app to do this?

Please share a screen shot of the screen you are on when you are trying to upload a photo and any error messages you see.

Okay give me a minute! It is off of the Contact seller links where you select what question or ask to contact seller then it opens a message board and shows the add photos boxes.
I will not work for me on either platform classic site or mobile app.
