The iOS app has a glitch where it does not update/remove the notification message after shipping labels are created.

PAID - SHIP NOW appears after label is created. This did not happen during previous versions. It takes several minutes for the info to sync.

Also, I really miss the search as you type option under Active listings. This feature/capability works under the Sold tab, but no longer for Active listings. Users now have to type the entire word, then click "Find." Can you fix this please?!

Thanks for the report. Can you let us know where you are seeing the Paid Ship Now - Is this on the home screen? In the selling area of the app? In the notifications section? Does it clear after a few minutes or does it take longer?

When I select my iPhone camera the app freezes up and I have to restart it. The only way I can work around this is to take the pictures on my iPhone, and upload them later. This greatly slows my listers down, and costs me in extra labor expense. How do I fix this problem???

Hi, I have an old iphone 5c and updated the app by mistake and am no longer getting any notifications and have tried everything including checking all of my settings, signing out and back in, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I read that the new app isn't compatible with older phones and that there is no longer a way to revert back to the old app...is this true? Have I lost my favorite cha-ching sound forever? Or until I get a new phone? Is there any work around so I can at least get some sort of alert on my phone when an item sells so I can ship it out asap?

I just downloaded 5.30 and was excited about being able to make offers to watchers. I can’t for the life of me figure out where to do this. Where is it hiding? I’m starting to think it was an April Fools joke 🤣
