We have released the new version 5.27.0. You should see it showing up for upgrade over the next 24 hours. Here are some issues reported via the forums that should be working better this release.
Other enhancements:
We are still investigating reports that the app may crash when on iOS 11. If you upgrade to iOS 12 the app should not crash.
We appreciate you taking the time to report issues. Please let us know how the update is working.

Thanks for the update. Best Offer is turned on but the auto accept value will never be set. If you are seeing an auto accept value please let us know.
For fixed price listings the apps most sellers will only have the Good Til canceled option.

Terrible update. Good TIL cancelled forced on sellers again and no way to turn it off. Put the 30 day option back. This is just a revenue making scam.

I am experiencing some major issues on the new app (5.27). I've always used Sell Similar to save time and it's worked without issues with previous versions of the app. Now this...
1. I can no longer edit the Item Condition. I can select "New" or "Used" but that's it. It will keep the old data from previous listing which is inaccurate. Then I must edit it after posting on desktop. Major delimma and unnecessary waste of time.
2. Active Selling list no longer displays "Time Remaining" for GTC listings. I no longer know when 30-day cycles are ending on ALL of my GTC listings. This information is vital to me as I use this info to determine when I send items to auction and when I will be charged a fee to renew. There is know way to know this now on the new app. Why did Ebay cripple it's Sellers with this new app?
3. I can no longer edit the Item Description on new app without erasing my template. Why?
These new issues are so severe I am being forced to use the old app on my iPad. Major bummer. I wish Ebay would atleast offer the old app to those who are having difficulties which seems to be a lot of regular Sellers. The 5.27 update is the worse thing Ebay has done in years.

I wish I'd never instaled this app. All it's done is create problems with my ebay account. Several calls to ebay has rendered no solution.
I canlt even change my default payment methoids on my ebay account anymore because this app says I have an unpaid item. Even though the item was returned to the seller ,as it was not as descrinbed. I opened a case to get my money back, I got my money back, the case was closed..yet this app still says unpaid item.
I've iosfeedback@ebay.com and didnlt even receive the common courtesy of a response to a problem they've obviously created.
So, after a ferw months of living woth this problem and no solution from the company, and no means to change my payment methods and other important account information because of this silliness, I'm left with no option to close my ebay account.

I'll be home tomorrow afternoon as I'm three states away working on a project, but one last thought while I'm still thinking about this is that when I do call I'm going to tell them the precise reason I'm closing my ebay account and and ebay Mastercard. This app is the reason.
It's the very first thing I'm going to do when I get home.

This needs changing back. We need the flexibility we used to have. It should be up to us to set the duration and to disable the allow offers, without you constantly turning the option on again.
