What’s going on with the app updates?

Why does it now say sign in on the upper left where my profile photo used to be and nothing happens when I click it? And why do I need to sign in if all my stuff is there except the ability to click on the profile to see my store. I have no way to access seeing the store now from the app. Normally, I just click on the profile image and it goes to the store. Now, nothing happens and not sure where or why the sign in all of a sudden.  Here’s screen shot. Thank you.

Have you tried to sign in? 
If that doesn't work delete the application and reload it from application store (apple) or google play (android).

eBay just released an app update a day or two ago - make sure you're using the latest version of the app.

That worked! I deleted the app and reloaded it. Thank you!
