We need a way to remove certain countries from results.
If you mean you want to be able to exclude results from a single country when searching, eBay is unlikely to add such a feature any time soon.
Although you can limit your results to items listed as being in any single country, or within your general region, you currently cannot easily exclude items listed in a single country from your results while still seeing results from multiple regions.
If eBay were to add such a feature, it most likely would not work as well as you might expect, since location information is provided by individual sellers, and if sellers in a certain country were to find their listings excluded from search on a regular basis by item location, some would likely find a way to claim the items were located in another country.
Users that want to avoid getting items from overseas will have to continue to take active steps to avoid sellers that are unwilling to provide accurate item location information, such as by examining seller registration locations, reading feedback comments closely or checking estimated delivery dates.
