I have ordered an item on ebay. I had a issue with product not as described. When trying to see the full information/description of item I ordered. I found the seller had changed the description of the listing but although I could see that the listing had changed I couldn't see what had been changed. If I click on the item it just shows the revised description not what it was when I ordered it. I was faced with the error that I could not view on the mobile app but to go to a main website windows based system. I used the mobile app to order so why can't I see this info on the mobile app. I need this information in my case for return /refund.

If you follow the link in your Purchase History using a desktop browser, and if the seller has edited the listing since your purchase, then you should see a line at the top of the listing indicating that, along with a link to the original listing at the time of your purchase.
