One quick call out I can think of @cordtech, is that perhaps you switched over to the Business Tool. If listing that way, the option to add from a mobile device isn't there. You'll need to be in the Quick Listing Tool to see it.

If you want to be able to use that feature for directly uploading photos like you were @cordtech, then yes, you'll want to switch back to the Quick Listing Tool. Another option is to stay in the Business Tool, create the listing and save the draft, then complete the listing from the app adding the photos there. A lot of sellers go this route if they store the photos on their phone but want to do the bulk of the listing on the website.
If you decide to switch back to the Quick Listing Tool and you still can't utilize that photo feature upload though, we will need a little more info. Is the option on the website missing entirely? Like you only see 'Add from computer'? Screen shots are also helpful. Thanks!
