Unable to reply

When I’m trying to reply to a message from the seller, the screen freezes and it won’t let me send or cancel.

Try a different browser - or - if using an iphone shut your phone down completely and restart it - or - clear your browser and cache - or - wait a few hours it may be an Ebay glitch!  You can also go to the item page and message the seller from there instead of replying to their original message.  Hope one of these helps!
