When I’m trying to reply to a message from the seller, the screen freezes and it won’t let me send or cancel.

Signing with ID

I've set up my settings to sign in using my ID instead of password but every time I try to do it, it takes a few minutes and get an error to sign in with password instead. I've have the most updated app and still not working as it should.
