Unable to change Auto accept and Auto decline amount

The app has no way of changing the offers Auto decline and Auto accept prices.

It then tells the user that incorrect or invalid amounts have been specified. Screenshot of app error message  

The user can change the starting bid price on the App.

The user can click 'offers'.

The user can set minimum offer amount.

But there is no way to change the Auto decline amount or the Auto accept amount.

But when the user clicks 'Revise listing with the displayed fees', the error message is shown as in the screenshot. 

Please fix the application to allow user to set Auto decline and Auto accept amounts.

I agree! I thought I was obviously missing where to find this, but others are experiencing the same frustration as I am with this simple but important missing feature.

Ebay you need to fix this so i can change the price on my item. I want to lower the price but I continue to get the message. “Auto accept amount needs to be corrected”

After getting this "Auto accept amount" error when trying to revise a listing to lower the minimum acceptable offer, I found a workaround (as there was no such field, only a "minimum price you'll consider" setting):

1. Remove (uncheck) the "Allow offers" setting and save/revise the listing.

2. Immediately revise again, this time to check "Allow offers", and enter the new "minimum price you'll consider".

I'm sure this creates a lot of unnecessary churn on eBay's side--you'd think they would fix this bug?

This was a quick and painless workaround; thank you!  Worked like a charm and only took a few more seconds to avoid the massive frustration from the auto amount bug!

This is a big miss on the App. We've recently started using "Auto-Accept" offers above a certain amount and I have to go set all of those on the computer desktop rather than in the Android App, where we do all of our listing activity. Disappointing.

What an absolute travesty! It is July 3rd 2023 and eBay still has not worked this bug out. It is one of the reasons I rarely sell on eBay because I do not have access to a PC 24/7 and eBays App is still more full of bugs than a North Carolina forest in August. With the billions of dollars changing hands on eBay you think they could hire an intelligent programmer to work out these bug. I have tried numerous times today to change the price and minimum offer price of an item and the App will not allow me to. I keep getting the same Error Message about incorrect "Auto Accept Amount". Very Frustrating! I have been a loyal eBayer since 1999, since it's Inception the eBay App malfunctions all the time.  I am losing my hope of achieving Commerce with any semblance of ease on the truly Pathetic and inferior eBay App. It is a waste of my time it is a waste of my buyer's time it is a waste of everyone's time and for some unknown reason eBay does not fix its long standing, pesky App bugs. #eBayCaresNot

I've only just come across this bug after years of selling on ebay.. This is possibly because I always listed things with the app but just recently I has a big selling session with the laptop as the photos were transferred from a camera instead of using the phone and listing in the App.. So listing's I have created on the laptop with the browser version of ebay I cannot change the price / auto accept - decline values with the app version of ebay. But I can change if I go back to browser... Come on Ebay... Sort out the software.. Don't be another Twitter blown out of the water by Threads!!
