So I’m pretty frustrated and I’m hopping someone on here can help me out. It seems that on the app every time I list something or revise it, eBay takes it upon itself to apply recommened shipping. Often times they charge people when I offer free shipping (and I don’t know this till after they have paid), or make it a lot less than what it will actually charge me when I do ship it. I have to watch my listings like a hawk and it is flat out ridiculous. Even while I’m creating a listing and put in my shipping information, it will change it if I click anything else. Just today I had a large item (over 40 inches total size) changed down to a tidy little 7 x 4 x 4 size. Luckily I noticed it before someone purchased it, otherwise I would have had a mess on my hands. Is there any way to turn this off or block it? I’m sick of it happening and I sure don’t neeed eBay trying to tell me how to run my business. Any help is appreciated!
