Thank you for posting. Can you let us know what kind of android phone you have? Does the app crash in a specific place? Are you able to open the app at all?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the ebay app to my LG-H820 (6.0.1 Security Patch 2016-03-01)  phone dozens of times. I have also rebooted phone dozens of times. As soon as I start the ebay App I get the error: "Unfortunately ebay has stopped working". 

Please look into this problem

If, when opening the ebay app, I quickly tap the search field on the ebay screen before the error comes up, I can search ebay for listings but as soon as I try to open a listing the "Unfortunately Ebay has stopped" error comes up.
