Still not getting all my bid notifications

notifications for a year, i reluctantly bought a new galaxy j2 phone. well like everything in life, it worked about a day, now i'm back to the getting 1 out of 10 notifications routine. it's tiring and stupid this app is. i don't think anyone is getting a new phone out of me. doesn't ebay understand that i actually WANT to get bid notifications?

Hello. Thanks for coming back. Can you make sure all your battery saver settings are correct to get realtime notifications.

When you are only getting 1 out of 10, does this mean you have 10 items for sale and only one is getting bid notifications. Or you have 1 item and you had 10 bids and only get one notification?

all of the suggested settings are in tact. if there's 20 bids on 5 different auctions in one night, no i don't get em for just one auction. it's sporadic.

well that was helpful, buy another phone and a 1  1/2 year later and the app doesn't work properly, sign in sign out, optimize, restrict, sleeping, un-monitored blah blah blah.  it's garbage, my god stop telling how to fix it. IT DOESN'T WORK. TRY AGAIN!!!

We are looking into this. When you are getting bids are they close to each other or are you missing bids throughout the auction? Could you share an item # for one of the auctions that was missing bid notifications.
