Hi @buckeye-collectors! I can confirm that there was an issue we found where some buyers had payments go through but it showed up as unpaid on their end. That means the seller did get the payment and should've shipped the item out like normal. From what it sounds like, you may have been a part of this. If so, we'll be removing the unpaid item cancelation automatically and you should be getting an email in the next week or so about it. Apologies for any confusion this may have caused!

Just to clarify @buckeye-collectors! Does it show a payment was made in your Purchase History? If so, then this is something else specific to the app and I'll get that passed on.

Thanks for following up @buckeye-collectors! Are you still seeing this. I've heard from others that those Unpaid Item notifications have disappeared.
