How do I update/delete/correct shipping policies?

It's been a few months since I really listed much on eBay.  At some point during my downtime the app changed how I select shipping.  Now it wants me to select a policy, which I'm guessing was established from prior listings?  My question is how do I edit the policies so that I can figure out what they are?  What appears now is abbreviations, random words, etc.  If there is a way to do it on a desktop so that I can rename them as something I can easily figure out on my phone would be great.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @fillmores**flea**market! You can adjust your shipping policy options in the Business Policies screen on the website. You can get there by going to the Listings section of your Seller Hub. Once in that screen, you'll notice a link on the left side of the page that says, "Business Policies".  If you aren't familiar with business policies and how they work, you can go here to learn more.
