I actually had that happen the other day on the PC, but ONLY on the blue box Sell it Faster banners, that's what I've been told they're called. Today though it was back to normal.
Also, there is a huge discrepancy between the 'opportunities' I'm given in the blue box, than the opportunities from my normal SH Filter. To the tune of hundreds of items. It's like the 'opportunities' are coming from totally different places.
ETA: Actually seeing it on my PC again right now, screen shot coming.
@**selling**stuff** You can still do it on the phone by going to Selling tab, then scrolling down to Tasks. Not sure if that's the same way you were accessing, but it's been working fine for me all day on the phone (Android) & looks the same as it always did & tells me how many I can send. You may be accessing Tasks a different way than me though.
Here's a screen shot showing the PC version of sending offers from the Sell it Faster Blue Boxes, right now. It does NOT have the option for Offer Amount, but it was there earlier today cuz I used it & it wasn't there a couple of days ago when I tried it. I just use SH & Filter to Send Offers - Eligible, as that is working as it always has. There is a Tell Us What You Think if you do it from the Blue Boxes, so I encourage you to write in, I just did. For the past few days @simply-the-best-for-you , every since the latest app update on Monday, many sellers have reported send offers eligible is missing from Tasks in the exact area you're describing. Some sellers are reporting it moved from Tasks to Opportunities, but it's inconsistent. I suggest looking at this discussion for more details and screenshots if you're interested in this app change.
Unclear if this is a bug, or a change only some users are seeing.
I suggest anybody impacted shake their phone to file a tech report.
In the meantime, any seller can access sending offers by going to their Active listings on the app and using the actions button.
I realize it's less convenient and sellers prefer seeing the number eligible to send offers on the main Selling overview, but at least there's still a way to access offer-eligible listings on the app.
@wastingtime101 I don't have an Actions button on my Active Listings screen. Maybe Iphone vs Android? Or maybe I just don't have an update that some have yet. I'll have to take a look at that thread tmw, I'm done for the day. Nothing on the app (Android) has looked any different for me at all, so maybe I just don't have the update yet.
@wastingtime101 that may be, I'm looking into it, it says I'm current on the app, but the date is woefully out of date, so I'm probably not. S'posed to happen automatically. I'll have to dig into it deeper, but I don't want to re-install right now, which seems to be the only option I have for some weird reason. Thank you! This probably explains why I almost never get my ca-ching either.
