I have been trying to get into my account for a week but you never text a code to me! I just want to get on my account then I’ll take the 2 step off

Thanks for posting. Do you have more details on what you see after trying to log into the app? Are you getting an error?

Could you also let us know the ID of the account you are using that is locked out.

No it does nothing i hit the send code again a few times then it tells me that it can only send it a number of times

Speak with your cell phone service provider and tell them your issue. I had the exact same problem with payment apps not sending verification codes. Or so I thought. It took less than 5 seconds for the customer service rep at my phone company to help me. What a relief it was, too!
