I had several drafts saved on the APP pre the update. I have tried to list these but I get an error message saying the selling mode does not match with the selling mode of the draft. Any suggestions?

If these were created with an older version there may be an issue with posting them for sale. Can you log onto the website and complete these drafts there? All future drafts should work properly.

I am having the same issue. When I load a draft in the IPAD app, it removes the description entirely, you can't edit it, along with other options. Also can't save photos to the draft. Ebay on the desktop doesn't even realized it was edited or opened, when it usually will bump the draft to the top. The draft opens fine on Android and Desktop. I also got the same error after uninstalling the app, updating the ipad. You are not the only one!

Could you try starting a new listing and saving a new draft. There might be an issue with these older drafts and the latest update.

Yes, that seems to be the case. I just saved a draft and then listed it fine. The older ones work on the website direct so all is not lost. thanks you.

This is day 5 of the issue for me, but I have been testing new drafts with no luck. The same drafts are editable on android and desktop. I just drafted one and added a screen shot. It deletes the entire "description" section, can't even see it also can't edit or save anything from the draft. 😞

We are looking into this. Could you let us know your process when listing these items? Are you using an android device, an iPad and the desktop for your listings?

Hey! Sure, it does it randomly now, usually when we force kill the app and reopen it the info comes back. We sell via sell your item, sell one like this, and sell similar. We drafted from android, IOS, and desktop. There is no rhyme or reason to which listings aren't editable. This happened after the recent update. We have 3 ipads for listing and it does it on all three. Like I said though if we kill the app and reopen it usually fixes it, or takes a few times.

Today we have 50 drafts not openable even after a force kill. Starting to waste time, any other ideas to resolve this? Same drafts work on iPhone app, and occasionally once I open them enough the data fills in .

Also noticed on a side note it seems to take about 15 seconds after submitting a draft for the drafts page to load EACH time, extremely slow, but we aren't having network issues. It's also done that since the update. Thanks!

Yes, they still load without being able to be edited, but if I force kill the app repeatedly they load properly.
