Hi All,
As many of you know and have asked, eBay currently does not offer a way to reprint a shipping label via the app or even the website when using a mobile phone .
Apparently eBay STILL hasn't fixed this themselves by either stopping the classic website from redirecting to the mobile site or, hey, by just fixing the app.
Instead, they tell you to use a desktop... As if, in 2018, everybody still has one. Sorry eBay, but I don't want to have to go to my parent's house or visit my local library just to print shipping labels!
So, after weeks of frustration, I finally figured out a workaround specifically using the Chrome browser on my Android phone (so no guarantee it will work with an iPhone or other Android browsers):
1. From your mobile phone, go to the eBay website and login if prompted (note that you will be automatically redirected to the mobile site, but that's ok for now).
2. Copy and paste this link into your web browser but - IMPORTANT - do not click return/enter/submit/etc. YET.
3. From the drop down menu in Chrome, scroll down until you see Desktop Site and check the box.
4. NOW hit enter and you SHOULD be taken to the Shipping Manager.
Good luck and let me know if this doesn't work for you. Also interested in whether it works with other Android browsers.

Darn it I tried to edit this but apparently I missed the 10 second window!
Anyway here's the correction:
1. From your mobile phone, go to the eBay website and login if prompted (note that you will be automatically redirected to the mobile site, but that's ok for now).
2. Copy and paste this link into your web browser and click enter:
https://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbayBeta&CurrentPage=ShippingLabelMgmt
3. From the drop down menu in Chrome, scroll down until you see Desktop Site and check the box.
4. Now you SHOULD be taken to the Shipping Manager in the desktop/classic site.

Wow you’re a genius! I’ve tried so many times to figure this out. eBay needs to fix this issue because yes not everyone has a desktop. ( I too would have had to make that trip to my parents) Thank you, thank you, thank you I’m so excited right now!

Oh and I did this from my iPhone so this method works for them too! 🙌🏻

Thank you! I don't have to do this often but every time I do it takes me at least 30 minutes to try to figure out how to do it again for my phone. Then I never could remember exactly what it is I did. LOL You have saved me hours of frustration!
I'm using an Android Galaxy S10+ and it worked perfectly!

Thank you. I had got so frustrated before trying to reprint for my phone that I've ended up having to just void the label and purchase a new one.
Come to think of it, the process for requesting a refund on a voided lable isn't that simple either.
I wonder how much money is made on people who void a label because there's no easy way to reprint and then forget to request a refund. I would imagine it's a pretty penny!
Maybe that's why there's no fix!

There use to be an option to reprint on the post of your item but now they have removed it .

I think the easiest way to print from your mobile phone would just be to open the email eBay sends you after you purchase the shipping label. It gives you the option to print label in the email.

It’s now Nov 2020 and this still isn’t fixed and unfortunately doesn’t work on my iPhone.
