Respond to feedback

I can see all of my feedbacks but there is not option on mobile to respond to feedbacks that I can see. I just updated a few minutes ago and that did not change anything. Am I just missing where that feature is? I go to profile click into feedbacks and can see all past feedback and replied feedbacks but I did those on a desktop. Is there a way to do it on mobile?

You can get to the feedback forum through the eBay app, but it is a bit convoluted.

Use the three bar menu to select "Help". Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Other options for you": "Ask the Community". This should open a browser-like page. Tap your username in the upper left where it says Hi, and select "Account settings". Under "Personal Info" choose "Feedback". There should be a link to "Go to Feedback Forum to reply or follow up" near the top of the page. Under "Feedback Tools" select "Reply to Feedback received" or "Follow up to Feedback left".

Some of the links are very tiny; you may need to use landscape mode or expand the page using a finger spread before selecting the links.
