There have been multiple threads requesting this app feature for several years. On desktop, or in the browser you can "request total from seller" - an easy way for sellers to combine shipping for customers buying multiple items - and an easy way for buyers to make a purchase. Coaching my potential buyers through the steps to complete this request just adds unnecessary friction to the buyer experience. Please add this feature to the app!
