I'll give this a shot but your question is lacking the details as to what happened (damaged during transit? Not as described?, etc etc).
Firstly, you should reach out to your seller first. Let them know what happened via eBay message. Attach pictures if possible to your message as proof. Depending how good the seller is, they'll solve the issue right here.
Otherwise, if the seller doesn't answer back (give them 2-3 days to respond), then open a return request for that item. Go to your purchase history eBay page, and look for the "return this item" option. Then start the return process, and you'll be provided with a shipping label to return the item.

Go to the resolution center, open an "item not as described" case (or just go here -- https://www.ebay.com/help/ip?topicId=4041). This will essentially start a return as well, or at least put fire under the seller's butt to solve the issue.
