Pulling pictures from my iPhone

Today while listing on eBay from my phone an odd icon with grainy thumbnail pictures comes up. I click on this box with symbols inside out out shape and it reorganizes my pics and clears them up. Sometimes though it randomly picks other pictures instead of what I selected! Please help me get rid of this!

This seems to be an update. Most likely working to be more compatible with iOS 14 which will mean there will be bugs to work out.  Im having the same issue.
