Problm with the app

each time I open the app, the ID FACIAL reconginez me then the screen is waiting (loading lag) and nothing happen..  my account is very old, I upgrade it recently by connecting again, from a phone, and that from this day I have problem… i dont want create a new account, what can I do to fix it ?
